Liberty Hall, a historic house museum, garden, and arboretum located in Union, New Jersey, is a National Historic Landmark listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The gardens of Liberty Hall trace their origin to 1760 when William Livingston, a seminal figure in American history, purchased the property and began developing a planting scheme that would be carried out by his descendants over the course of three centuries.

Join us as we review the extensive historic documents and artifacts that chronicle the development of this storied garden and tour the grounds that have continued to evolve and transform while adhering to the vision of our former residents.
