Sudden Delight

Through the curves of the tree-shaded pathway, up past the stately house and around the corner, you'll be surprised to find this lovely storybook garden with its richly variegated hosta hill, cedar arbor, custom chicken coop, and native perennials, all set against the backdrop of a spectacular red New England–style barn. Meander along the walking paths, stop to watch a yellow finch sip at the birdbath, spy a hummingbird flitting among the roses, or take a secret route through the various tall grasses to the barn. Sudden Delight garden welcomes you to relax and reflect.
