New Pricing for 2019 Open Days Admissions
Effective March 1, 2019, the price of admission to an Open Days garden is now $10 per person, per garden. New rates for discounted admission ticket booklets are $30 for Garden Conservancy members and $50 for nonmembers.
We are continuing to honor $7 tickets that were ordered for the 2018 and 2019 seasons, as well as earlier tickets that were sold without an expiration date. You may also pay by cash or check at each Open Day garden, but our Member's discount is only available by purchasing tickets in advance. Credit cards are not accepted at most garden admission tables.
As always, children 12 and under will continue to be admitted free at Open Days gardens!
As we seek to provide an ever-higher level of excellence for all of our constituents, this change will allow us to pursue a number of important projects including:
- Further development of our very popular Digging Deeper programs
- The launch of a new high-end garden visiting program called the Garden Masters Series, which you will have an opportunity to learn more about in the 2019 Open Days Directory
- Expansion of Open Days to new gardens and new regions across the country
- Exploration of a children's programs and an e-ticket purchase platform for Open Days
