GCNN Spring 2021 Webinar:
Preventing Professional Burnout – Real Tools for Your Juggling Act

Being responsible for managing a small public garden today means juggling more responsibilities and making do with fewer resources. Too often, wearing so many hats results in professional burn-out.  Marjorie Spitz, of Balance Integration’s Small Business division, will lead GCNN members through a learning, sharing, interactive, and fun workshop. Participants will leave with an actionable and personalized wellness “toolkit.”

To ensure that you have the necessary reserves, it’s helpful to identify your biggest stressors and implement a wellness routine that will support you and help keep your work life in balance. To customize this webinar experience, you’ll be asked to answer a short survey and do a simple 15-minute exercise prior to the webinar. We will address best practices, ideas for supporting your team, and how to build your own wellness routine. The session will include breakout rooms and other interactive exercises. Join us for this engaging webinar on a topic that is more important than ever.
