Swarthmore Horticultural Society

The Swarthmore Horticultural Society is a non-profit that operates in the Borough of Swarthmore. 

The Society designs and maintains 13 public gardens and we are dedicated to enhancing Swarthmore’s public spaces and promoting the value of horticulture and nature to the community. These gardens are all on public spaces and can be easily accessed by the public.

Many of the gardens showcase seasonal plantings including bulbs in the spring and provocative summer displays.
