Denver Dry Garden

My name is Heidi, I am a nurse and a gardener. Denver Dry Garden is my 4-year transformation from turf to xeriscape on a small bungalow city lot. Inspired by the late David Salman, and Kelly Grummons, I created this xeric garden for pollinators and birds, and it is 70 percent natives and 30 percent old world plants, including Agaves, cacti, brightly colored drought tolerant flowering perennials, and native grasses.
