Changes and Cancellations—Occasionally, Open Days and other educational programs must be canceled or changed due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a cancellation, we will announce the cancellation on the website and notify everyone who has already purchased tickets.
Inclement Weather—Open Days are considered rain or shine events and will take place in all weather conditions unless the Garden Host deems conditions to be unsafe and cancels the Open Day. We do not reschedule Open Days affected by inclement weather.
Refunds, Credits, and Exchanges—We do not offer refunds or exchanges in the event you are unable to attend a program that you have registered for.
Children are Welcome at Open Days!—We encourage you to bring your kids and grandkids to your Open Days visits and to share your love of gardening with the next generation of gardeners.
Scheduling—Whenever possible, we have scheduled gardens to be within a reasonable driving distance from one another. Occasionally, we find a garden that simply must be included, despite its being off the beaten path.
Directions—We do our best to make sure the garden directions provided on tickets are accurate. Always check directions before you head out or bring a map or GPS system along with you during your garden visiting adventures.
