Valley Sanctuary - Saturday, June 27 Open Day, Session 1: 10am–12pm
Peninsula, OH
About
Valley Sanctuary is the creation and passion of its owner, Bill Clifton. It’s located in Peninsula, OH, surrounded by the Cuyahoga Valley National Park. Bill’s home is an 1878 Cape Cod style home on 1-1/4 upward sloping acres.
The upward slope makes the garden appear larger and gives it a unique perspective. It has been designed to attract pollinators and amphibians by incorporating a wooded area, a pond, and extensive mixed borders.
This garden's estimated size is 1.25 acres.
This Garden Host reports the following Terrain Notes about the garden: The garden consist of individual areas connected by winding paths. Please be aware that the garden slopes upward.
