Two majestic olive trees welcome you to the front yard of a modern Mediterranean- style home. A terraced walkway with travertine tiles and decomposed granite leads to the front door where a climbing rose is splayed above the arched doorway.

Rosemary hedges are found beneath front facing windows. Various plants in colored pots dot the property, including a row of bright orange pots containing succulents which line the back wall alongside the pool. The backyard includes an allee of arbutus trees covering the decomposed granite walkway to the covered dining and pool area. Several citrus trees (lemon, lime and orange) are found amongst two mature Japanese maples.

This garden’s estimated size is 7,000 sq. ft.
