About

This dry garden on Surrey is a bit of a succulent haven. Fifteen years of growing tree aloes, yuccas, agaves, and more. The yard features two very tall tree aloes that made it up here from Los Angeles in the back seat of a car in 2007. This garden is self-made and designed as the plants come in. Ninety percent of the plants are traded, salvaged, or rescued. Many new homeowners may not want the scratchy, pokey plants, and they're out and rehomed right here. As you head to the Glen Park neighborhood, note the median on Bosworth on the Elk Street end, as this was planted almost ten years ago as a Street Park Steward.
