Set along Johnson Creek in Portland, Leach Botanical Garden is an urban oasis with diverse plants and tranquil woodland trails -an inspiring setting to reflect on how we engage and sustain the people who bring our gardens to life.

Join us for an engaging workshop designed to enhance and strengthen volunteer and docent programs. Participants will collaborate in small groups to develop actionable plans, share strategies, and explore new tools and resources to support program success. This session offers a valuable opportunity to address current challenges, connect with peers, and leave with practical next steps for implementation.

-Develop targeted action plans to achieve key volunteer or docent program goals

-Engage in collaborative group discussions and share best practices for program improvement

-Access follow-up resources and tools to support ongoing growth and success
