Atlock Farm began producing topiary plants in 1987. It is a small specialty greenhouse grower. Most of their products are sold into the New York City Flower market, and from there they go to homes, magazines, and TV and movie sets. Many of their larger pieces are rented for glamorous parties that they've never been invited to. Atlock Farm’s farmer, Ken Selody, has many notices and achievements, none of which you’ll have to suffer through reading about here.
Experts in the Garden! Ken Selody of Atlock Farm will present classic topiary plants in several forms and styles, at 11 a.m. Their production and maintenance will be covered. In addition, other unusual, non-traditional, decorative plants will be highlighted for inspiration and will be offered for sale. Many of these plants will be showcased in Seibert and Rice Fine Italian Terra Cotta pots.
This program is offered during Atlock Farm’s and Seibert and Rice’s annual Winter Open House at the farm.
Open Days 2017: December 2.
Hours: 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Admission is free!
