We are back after a two-year absence! During that time there has been a renewed emphasis on perennials, with six new varieties strategically spotted throughout the gardens. Lawn removal continues in favor of more garden space and pea stone. This garden is known primarily for its hundreds of container plantings (332 last season) including window boxes, hanging baskets, and both permanent and shifting urns. We use hardy shrubs and perennials as well as annuals and tropicals in the containers. Expect to see phormiums, a new collection of brugmansias, many cannas, and both common and unusual annuals and vines. Don't overlook the garden framework of mature trees, dwarf conifers, and hedges as well as various hardscape features, including two fountains. Some plants will be available for sale. Garden is partially accessible.

This host has announced that this is their final Open Day after over 25 years of participation.  Come celebrate this garden during its final Open Day to enjoy its beauty and accomplishments on September 10.
