Hear an illustrated lecture about one of England's greatest gardens from one of England's greatest gardeners!

Appointed in 1993 as head gardener of Great Dixter by renowned gardener and gardening writer Christopher Lloyd, Fergus Garrett continues to keep the garden constantly changing throughout the seasons by experimenting with new plants and plant combinations. He shares his knowledge through national and international student and volunteer programs at Dixter and through worldwide lectures.

Fergus is keen on plant communities in the wild, especially plants native to Turkey. His honors include the Royal Horticultural Society Associate of Honor (2008) and the Royal Horticultural Society's Veitch Memorial Medal (2015).
