Antonia Hunter Breck

Sun Valley, Idaho

Toni Breck was elected to the board of directors of the Garden Conservancy in 2013 and chairs the board's development committee. Toni also joined our Society of Fellows in 2007 and has shared her parent’s Thomas Church garden in Woodside, California, during Fellows’ garden-study tours in 2007 and 2010. She is also a member of the Garden Conservancy’s West Coast Council and chair of the council's development committee. She is an interior and landscape designer for private clients, under the name of Hunter-Breck Designs. For fourteen years, Toni also served on the board of the Summer Search Foundation, a national nonprofit organization that provides mentoring, summer education, and college application guidance to underprivileged urban students. She remains active in youth mentoring and leadership.

Toni is a graduate of Stanford University. She now spends most of her time in Idaho, with her husband, Peter, a partner in a private equity firm. Her biggest challenge there is tending a Zone 3 meadow garden at an elevation of 6,000 feet, which is sometimes shared by elk and moose. She loves to hike and fly fish with her grown sons, Hunter and Beau.
