Yew Dell Opens New Visitor Center

June 10, 2010

On Saturday, May 29, Yew Dell Gardens in Crestwood, Kentucky, celebrated the public opening of a visitor welcome center and museum-quality garden shop, part of Yew Dell’s master plan. The shop carries unique and useful products, many from local and regional artists and merchants, and enables Yew Dell to welcome visitors more efficiently.

At the same time, Yew Dell launched its annual garden sculpture show, displaying artwork from more than twenty local and regional sculptors and glass artists. This year’s show features artwork by renowned local artists Meg White and Don Lawler, as well as five works by the late Louisville sculptor Donald Lanham.
